How to Search Knowledge Articles
If you're already logged in, you can quickly access all available articles by clicking on 'Solutions' in the top left corner. You can skip the first few steps of this guide.

Step-by-Step Guide for Accessing Knowledge Articles:
1. Go to the Support Portal
Navigate to: https://uchicagopme.freshservice.com/support/home
2. Log In
Click on 'Login' and sign in using your CNet credentials.
Note: You must be logged in to see all available articles, although a limited number of articles are accessible without logging in.

3. Search for Articles
Once logged in, click on the search bar to find specific articles. If you prefer to browse, click on 'Browse help articles' to explore different categories.

4. Browse or Search Articles
Use the search bar to look for specific articles, or browse by category using the side panel.
